Mater Foundation has a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Marketing Manager to join the team in a permanent full-time position. This role will be based at Mater Newstead.

Mater Foundation aspires to be a leading and trusted health based fundraising organisation. Specifically, our role is to conduct long term philanthropic and fundraising programs that enable people to exercise their philanthropy in whatever form and capacity they are able. We do this in order to provide value adding funding for health, education and research programs, advancing the prevention and treatment of disease and improving the quality of life for people across the community.

Salary: Commensurate with experience plus super plus generous salary packaging

What you’ll be doing

This role is responsible for enabling the marketing resources for the campaigns within Philanthropy and Corporate & Community Engagement, and for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of Mater.

Your key duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Planning, developing, implementing and executing appropriate marketing activities and collateral for Mater Foundation
  • Provide marketing advice and support to key business units and stakeholders
  • Execute marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement
  • In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, brief and manage external creative, media and PR agencies as required
  • Develop and execute marketing deliverables in line with campaign strategy
  • Collaborate across Mater to foster relationships with donors, patients, Mater staff and community supporters to develop story content for campaigns as required
  • Undertake monitoring, analysis and reporting on the outcomes of marketing tactics and activities
  • Strive for continuous improvement and effectiveness of marketing activities

About you

You will have proven experience in a similar position along with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in either Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar
  • Knowledge of contemporary marketing principles and evolving trends
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering successful brand and marketing strategies to achieve the business objectives of an organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering successful integrated marketing and communication campaigns
  • Proven expertise in ROI evaluation, real-time analysis of campaign data and implementation of recommendations based on insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, digital asset management systems, content management systems, and digital platforms including email systems, social media and websites
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience
