We are looking for Registered or Clinical Midwives to join us in the following wards:

  • Private Postnatal
  • Public Postnatal
  • Antenatal
  • NICU – Special Care, Cardiac/Surgical, Preterm
  • Parenting Education Support Centre
  • Birth suites and PAC (Pregnancy Assessment Centre)
  • MGP (Midwifery Group Practice)
  • Women's Health Unit
  • Maternal Fetal Medicine

About you

The successful applicants will have:

  • AHPRA Midwifery registration
  • Recent midwifery experience
  • Demonstrated high levels of communication (both written and verbal) and clinical problem solving skills
  • Evidence of continuing educational and professional development, preferably post graduate qualifications (desirable)
  • Commitment to the continuous improvement of health care and nursing practice

You will have a strong patient-service focus, demonstrated commitment to continued service improvement, and willingness to facilitate and encourage cohesive, positive professional relationships to improve our patient’s care outcomes. The ideal applicant will possess an enthusiastic and mature attitude and will demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
