What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, including abdominal, breast, and endocrine surgeries.
• Provide inpatient and on-call surgical services.
• Collaborate with nursing and allied health teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Mater will support you in your transition to private practice, including access to established referral networks, administrative assistance, and a collaborative environment to help you succeed.
