Mater Pathology are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to join the team. Reporting to the General Manger – Mater Pathology and is based at our South Brisbane campus.

Salary range: $99,810 - $108,603 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  + access to many staff benefits! 

What you’ll be doing

The Collections Manager will be a leader in Phlebotomy mentoring associated with delivering a quality, efficient diagnostic laboratory service to Mater patients and customers. This role will supervise the customer facing aspects of collections and ensure that new and existing services provide high quality collection services to our internal and external customers. The Collections Manager has an important role to provide the positive basis for the Commercial Director to grow the pathology business. Knowledge of NATA, NPAAC and Medicare requirements are essential.

You will have experience in a laboratory for healthcare diagnostic services and 5+ years management experience.
