Mater Foundation are looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to join the team! This exciting permanent, full-time role will be based at our Newstead campus, offering a hybrid 60/40 work from home model.

What you’ll be doing
The Content Marketing Coordinator will drive brand awareness and engagement for campaigns within Mater Foundation. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Telethon & Strategic Content, you will be responsible for creating impactful storytelling in collaboration with stakeholders and generating high-quality content across various digital platforms.
The role focuses on translating the mission's impact and working directly with cause stories, patients, and clinicians to inspire the community through videography, photography, and content creation.
- Uncover and share compelling stories from Mater and the community
- Develop and execute marketing content for Mater Foundation
- Collaborate with Mater Group to create campaign content
- Create written and video cause stories for communication channels
- Manage communication channels, content calendars, and tools
- Administer content strategy for Mater Foundation
- Identify opportunities for content adaptation and engagement
- Oversee content production and supplier scheduling
About you
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, PR, or media and a minimum 3 years of marketing experience or relevant industry experience.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling language
- Experience in storytelling and strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in digital platforms and content management systems
- Knowledge of contemporary marketing principles and digital trends
- Experience in developing cross-channel content for various platforms
- Willingness to work out of the office, attend events and travel for content shoots out of business hours from time to time
