Mater Foundation,  are looking for a Campaign Marketing Specialist – Donor Programs to join the team! This full-time, maximum term (12 month) role, based at our Newstead campus, plays a key part in delivering innovative campaigns that generate vital revenue to improve patient outcomes. Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  + access to many staff benefits! 

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Mater Foundation’s major donor campaigns, including our Tax, Christmas, Giving Day and Telethon appeals. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver multi-channel campaigns spanning direct mail, digital, telemarketing, and above-the-line activity.

Leveraging data insights and supporter behaviours, you will play a key coordination role across the internal marketing team and external agencies to develop tailored campaign journeys that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. With a strong focus on results, you’ll contribute to campaign planning, reporting, and continuous improvement to grow supporter numbers and revenue.

About you

You are a results-driven campaign marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving meaningful outcomes. You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field (desirable)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience delivering successful marketing and/or direct response campaigns
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and coordinate multi-channel campaigns, ideally in fundraising, not-for-profit, or healthcare sectors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across audiences and channels
  • Experience using data, segmentation, and insights to inform campaign strategies and decision-making
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
