About the role
Are you passionate about developing the future health workforce and sharing your industry expertise? We are seeking dedicated Vocational Education Teachers for full‑time and part‑time roles across our Brisbane, Springfield and Toowoomba locations.
This is a rewarding opportunity to teach, mentor, and inspire students in classroom, simulated, clinical, and school‑based learning environments.
Programs Include:
Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121)
Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (HLT33115)
Vocational Education and Training in Schools (VETiS) programs
Additional health and community services pathways as required
Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
What you’ll be doing
Delivering engaging, compliant, and industry‑aligned training and assessment
Supporting a diverse range of learners, including school‑based students
Creating safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
Maintaining accurate training and assessment records
Collaborating with industry partners, schools, and education teams
Contributing to continuous improvement and quality education outcomes
About you
Relevant qualifications and current industry experience (Nursing , Health or Community services)
Training and assessment credentials (TAE or equivalent), or willingness to obtain
Knowledge of VET compliance and regulatory requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A learner‑centred, professional, and adaptable approach
Experience working with school‑aged learners.
