About the role

Mater is looking for a Business Administration Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Senior Director Private Revenue & Information Management team. This is a permanent, full-time position located in South Brisbane.

Salary range: $39.79 - $44.25 per hour plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  +access to many staff benefits!

What you’ll be doing

You will support the Private Revenue and Information Management Teams to support efficient, accurate, and compliant revenue and information management processes.

  • Provide comprehensive diary and inbox management for the Senior Director PRIM, ensuring effective scheduling, prioritisation, and coordination of meetings.
  • Support administrative processes including timesheet processing and leave approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal requirements.
  • Manage end-of-month (EOM) reporting, including collating team inputs, formatting and proofreading content, and uploading final reports to the relevant reporting portal.
  • Process purchasing and procurement requests (e.g., via WINC and D365), ensuring timely ordering of supplies and adherence to organisational policies.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the Senior Director PRIM, and members of the Information Management and Private Revenue teams as required.
  • Upload data extracts into the central reporting repository and perform basic reconciliation and quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide contract management support, including maintaining documentation, tracking key deliverables, and supporting compliance with contractual obligations.

About you

  • Proven administrative experience in similar roles.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma/Year 12 completion is essential.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work under pressure.
