Our 12-month Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program is offered on a permanent basis (64 hours per fortnight), commencing 15 February 2027, providing a seamless transition into an Enrolled Nurse position on completion
At Mater, you will be supported every step of the way by experienced senior clinicians, educators and professional development teams dedicated to helping you grow your skills and confidence in practice.
Salary: $37.93 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
About You
We are looking for passionate and motivated Diploma of Nursing graduates who are eager to learn, build confidence and make a difference in patient care.
You will thrive at Mater if you are committed to professional growth, value teamwork and are excited to develop your skills in a supportive healthcare environment.
To be eligible, you will have completed a Diploma of Nursing within the past 12 months and have less than six months (or 900 hours) of post-graduate experience as an Enrolled Nurse.

- Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
