Located at Hyde Park, you will have the opportunity to work across various areas including Birth Suites, Postnatal, Antenatal, and Special Care Nursery.

Salary range: $41.47 - $53.30 per hours plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  + access to many staff benefits! 

What you’ll be doing

Your key responsibilities and duties will include:

• Ensuring optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care
• Demonstrating exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures to provide outstanding care
• Integrating quality and risk management strategies into service provision
• Collaborating with the nursing team to deliver exceptional care consistently
• Maintaining and enhancing your professional growth through continuous learning and development

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife (with no restrictions)
• Minimum of 12 months' full-time equivalent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse/Midwife
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, sound reasoning, and excellent listening, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
