About the role

Mater Group are seeking a talented Change Analyst to join our team in a full time, 12-month contract with potential for extension based at Newstead.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful and efficient change across projects and initiatives within the Procurement Function. You will work closely with Mater departments, participating in the development of procurement strategy and standards. Your role will also involve developing a project procurement pipeline, identifying opportunities for category performance improvement and cost savings, and addressing challenges across the value chain. Join our Centre-led Project Team to make a real impact on Mater's procurement and supply chain operations.

Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  + access to many staff benefits! 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the development and implementation of the change management approach and plan for project delivery efficiency
  • Develop change approaches and plans, including identifying expected and potential points of resistance to change
  • Assist in leading projects and initiatives to meet on-time and on-budget objectives by driving employee adoption and usage
  • Define and measure success metrics, monitoring progress throughout the change process
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate change management activities, such as impact assessments, business readiness, implementation support, and transition/closure activities
  • Plan, prepare, disseminate and monitor communication and engagement materials and events using formal and informal channels effectively
  • Provide input and support the design and delivery of associated requirements, such as training programs, with the project team

About you

  • Formal change management training such as PROSCI or Certificate in Change Management, highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management theories, principles, methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of how people go through the change process
  • Experience and skill in delivering, managing and implementing change management strategies for projects.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills to meet program and project deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team or independently, dependant on project requirements
