Mater Research are looking for a Clinical Trial Coordinator to join the Clinical Trial Research team! This full-time maximum term contract (12 months) role will be based at our South Brisbane campus.

This exciting opportunity allows you to assist in the day-to-day management of clinical trials, acting as a backup coordinator to senior trial coordinators and potentially leading your own research projects. This role is vital to the successful conduct of clinical trials at Mater Research.

$41.47 to $44.69 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  + access to many staff benefits! 

What you’ll be doing

 As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will play a key role in project planning, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities include recruiting and coordinating research participants, overseeing administrative tasks, and maintaining records in compliance with standards. You will work closely with the Lead Clinical Trial Coordinator and contribute to the success of clinical trials at Mater Research.

  • Completion of a relevant undergraduate degree in a related discipline
  • Awareness of Australian clinical trial regulatory frameworks and guidelines
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in a health-related field and with standard operating procedures is preferred
