We are seeking a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) – Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join our dedicated team in Rockhampton.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide inpatient and on-call obstetric and gynaecological services at Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
• Be supported in your transition to private practice, with access to Mater’s established support services and networks to grow your practice

About you

Essential requirements:

• Specialist Registration with AHPRA
• Fellowship of RANZCOG (or equivalent)

Clinical competencies:

• Alignment with RANZCOG’s “Attributes of a RANZCOG Fellow” (c-Gen-19)
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement
