Mater Hospital Springfield is seeking passionate Casual Enrolled Nurses to join our teams across a range of clinical departments as we prepare for the opening of this state-of-the-art hospital in early 2026.

As a Casual Enrolled Nurse, you will contribute to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care while supporting Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Salary range: $35.93 - $38.21 per hour plus casual loading plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!

What you’ll be doing
You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of safe, compassionate and high-quality patient care within your clinical specialty while contributing to positive patient and family experiences.
You will:
- Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centred nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Perform delegated clinical care activities in accordance with evidence-based practice
- Assist with patient assessments, monitoring and implementation of care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Support patient education and health promotion initiatives
- Contribute to a safe clinical environment through infection control and quality improvement practices
About you
You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively within a supportive healthcare team. You enjoy working in dynamic clinical environments and making a meaningful difference for patients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- 12 + months demonstrated experience in an acute healthcare setting relevant to your speciality area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care aligned with Mater’s Mission and Values
- Availability to work a minimum of two shifts per fortnight
