About the role
Mater Human Resources is seeking applications for a HR Service Advisor to join the team. This maximum-term (6 months), full-time role is based at our Newstead campus.
Salary range: $39.79 - $44.25 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
What you’ll be doing
The HR Services Adviser is responsible for ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and consistently whilst displaying exceptional customer service. The HR Service Adviser is also responsible for supporting existing employee changes and liaising with stakeholders to deliver efficient, accurate and timely service.
About you
You will have extensive experience within a customer service environment and meet the below criteria:
- Previous experience/study within Human Resources (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a high volume telephone based environment
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with HRIS systems (Aurion highly regarded)
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, across a diverse audience with a particular emphasis on detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills that inspire teamwork and approachable customer service to all customers.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities in a pressurised, fast paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both as a team member and individually.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to legislative and Mater policy requirements.
