You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience in project coordination, procurement, property, construction or contract administration
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Financial administration experience, including invoice processing and budget monitoring
  • The ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience using project management systems such as Monday.com (desirable)
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Why join Mater Foundation?

This is more than just a project coordination role.

Every project you help deliver directly supports Mater Foundation's mission to improve the health and wellbeing of people across Queensland through healthcare, education and research. You'll join a supportive, collaborative and high-performing team where you'll have the opportunity to develop professionally while making a meaningful difference.

If you're looking for a varied role that combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence within a purpose-driven organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
