Mater is seeking a Campus Services Access Officer to join the team on a maximum-term (12 months), full-time role based at South Brisbane.

Salary range: $39.79 - $44.25 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits! 

What you’ll be doing

You will support business operations of Mater car parks through administration tasks including car park billing for Mater community businesses including QCH and other tenants, and other tasks supporting revenue controls.

• Provide support, advice and resolution to all car park enquiries through both direct phone contact and email.
• Facilitate delivery of services and support to Mater Group and tenants in relation to car park access or special requirements relating to car park facilities.
• Co-ordinate campus access through Prox cards via interfaces, issuing and assigning appropriate access

About you

You will have strong communication competencies (written and oral). You will also meet the below criteria: 

• Customer Service skills in high volume operation with cash handling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office particularly Excel
• Basic bookkeeping skills
• Experience with complex data systems
