Mater is seeking an experienced Senior Advisor - Content Production to join our Corporate Affairs team and help bring one of Queensland's most trusted and recognisable brands to life through engaging, high-quality content.
Primarily based at Newstead, you'll be responsible for producing best-practice digital content across a diverse portfolio of local, state and national campaigns. Working closely with communications professionals, marketers and designers, you'll create impactful visual content that informs, inspires and engages audiences across multiple platforms. From concept development and filming through to editing, motion graphics and final delivery, you'll be at the centre of Mater's content production function.
Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
What you’ll be doing
As the Senior Advisor - Content Production, you will:
- Plan, film and direct professional video shoots for a variety of campaigns and projects.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital, social and corporate channels.
- Create engaging animations, motion graphics and visual assets that strengthen campaign outcomes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and creative teams to deliver integrated content solutions.
- Manage multiple productions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure all content aligns with Mater's brand guidelines, strategic objectives and audience needs.
- Contribute creative ideas and stay across emerging trends, technologies and best practices in content production.
- Support and mentor team members through knowledge sharing and collaborative working practices.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in videography, video editing, animation and digital content production.
- Advanced skills in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging and visually impactful content.
- A solid understanding of social media and digital platform content requirements.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A creative mindset, attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Relevant qualifications and/or significant experience in content production or a related discipline.
