About the role
Mater Children’s Private Brisbane (MCPB) are seeking a nurturing and highly experienced paediatric Registered Nurse to join their multidisciplinary and multi-skilled interchangeable team on a permanent part-time basis, working 36 hours per week.
MCPB continues to provide Queensland families with access to leading paediatric doctors, nurses and care providers from admission to discharge at a modern stand-alone facility for families with private health insurance. We are a small but highly-valued team, providing exceptional services to our paediatric clientele as part of our Mater strategy, Exceptional Every Time.
Salary range: $37.23 - $47.84 (Registered Nurse Level 1) per hour plus superannuation

You will be working in a diverse private paediatric ward in surgery, medical, endocrinology, club foot, and neurology.
We are searching for a nurse with extensive Paediatric experience to seamlessly join the team and hit-the-ground-running, continuing your nursing career and providing exceptional care for our patients and their families from day one. As such, you will possess:
- Current Registered Nurse AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- At least 2 years recent experience within a paediatric setting
- Current Blue Card / Working with Children's Check
- High level skills in problem-solving, communication, coordination and time management
- Strong paediatric focus and passion for providing family centred care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other health professionals, patients and relatives/carers
