Salary: $38.87-$42.83 (Mater Corporate and Administration) per hour plus superannuation
What you’ll be doing
Working as a member of Mater’s Education team, you will be responsible for a range administration, compliance, and client support activities associated with the delivery of our educational programs and services, and you will actively support a culture of excellence in customer service.
You will work directly with external clients and stakeholders and internal teams, and it is expected that the boundaries of the role will change to meet changing organisational needs.
Your experience in the co-ordination and delivery of training programs and services, and your exception customer service skills will see play a vital part in ensuring Mater Education provides exception outcomes to our clients and program participants.
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
- 3 Years experience within a corporate training / services environment
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Proficient in use of Student/Learning Management Systems and external reporting systems
- Strong customer service focus approach to work and clients
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Well-developed communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and application of accuracy in data collection and reporting
Desirable that you hold a current:
- Diploma or degree in commerce or business
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
