Mater’s Digital Technology and Information team has an exciting permanent Project Manager opportunity within Digital Portfolio. The role is full-time, and I will manage several parallel ICT projects in partnership with the Mater Development and Property portfolio.

This role will see you play a pivotal role in delivering digital services to our property infrastructure developments.

Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and salary packaging access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  + access to many staff benefits! 

What you’ll be doing

• Work with the Development and Property team to scope the ICT elements of projects through the Schematic Design and Design Development stages.
• Work with specialist teams to determine resource and material costs for the project scope and build a budget aligned with the business case.
• Develop and manage work packages for the project's components as required.
• Influence and manage relations with vendors, internal technical teams, customers, and colleagues to ensure the projects remain on plan
• Manage budgets, risks, quality, and schedule to ensure the projects are delivered to the PMO standards and specific customer requirements.
• Provide the necessary project documentation per Mater's project management methodology.
• Develop reports necessary for the Development and Property and Digital Technologies and Information stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and line management duties as required

About you

To be considered for this role, you will have led complex projects successfully in a similar role within a large and complex organisation coupled with the following:

• Certificate or Diploma in Project Management Prince2 Certification.
• Proven experience working on a variety of ICT projects
• Proven experience delivering digital solutions in healthcare
• Proven experience working on property development projects
• Exceptional stakeholder management
• You are a friendly and motivated PM who wants to contribute to a smart and dynamic team
